TEBD – The Electric Bike Distribution provides delivery services exclusively to authorised retailers.
We do not ship directly to consumers.

Order Fulfilment

All orders are processed directly between TEBD and the authorised retailer.
Delivery times, freight arrangements and shipping costs are confirmed at the time of order.

Delivery Area

We currently supply retailers within the United Kingdom.
Further regions may be added at TEBD’s discretion.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

Retailers will receive dispatch confirmation and shipping details once an order has been shipped.

Consumer Orders

Consumers wishing to purchase a Kreidler or Black eBike should contact an authorised retailer.
We do not fulfil consumer orders through this website.
