TEBD – The Electric Bike Distribution supplies products exclusively to authorised retailers.
We do not process consumer transactions or accept consumer returns through this website.

Returns & Exchanges (Retailers Only)

All return requests, exchanges, or warranty claims must be submitted by the authorised retailer in accordance with the procedures agreed between TEBD and the retailer.
Instructions and approval must be obtained before any product is returned.

Consumers

If you are a consumer, please contact the retailer you purchased the product from.
We cannot accept consumer returns directly.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Retailers must notify TEBD of any damaged or faulty goods within the timeframe specified in their dealer agreement.
All claims are handled in line with brand warranty conditions.
